At Neenaz LLC we’re dedicated to keeping our products 100% natural and free of harmful synthetic chemicals. We do not use synthetic stabilisers.
As a result, our delicate natural products packaged in plastic jars are sensitive to temperature changes.
During very warm weather, products may soften or even melt in transit as they sit in warm mail trucks and mailboxes.

While we have no control over the temperatures conditions once your packages leave us, we do our best to protect our products from melting in transit.
1. We quality check every product before it is packed for shipping.
2. We use more protective packaging in the heat of summer.
3. We use mailers that are lined with bubble wrap and add additional bubble wrap to add another layer of insulation.

As a result, most products shipped in warm weather arrive without melting.  But please understand, there is no way that we can ship products to completely control for the high heat temperatures of summer, trucks, and mailboxes.

To prevent your body butter or face cream from melting once it’s in your home, store in a cool dry place.
